1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SalSoft’s services, including our CRM system, consulting services, website development, and digital transformation solutions. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services
SalSoft provides:
– Custom CRM system development and hosting
– Digital transformation consulting
– Website development and integration services
– Business process optimization
– Microsoft 365 and third-party system integrations
– IT landscape advisory, design and implementation services
– Computer services by appointment
3. Service package
CRM System:
– Full CRM Package: €100/user/month (includes all features: customer management, tasks, documents, notes, timeline, financial features, website integration, Office 365 integration, API access, custom dashboard, and maintenance)
– Custom module packages may be available at different pricing upon request
– All CRM packages include system maintenance and regular updates
Additional Services:
– Consulting: €75/hour
– Custom development: €75/hour
– Website development and integration services
– IT landscape advisory and implementation
– Computer services by appointment
4. Payment terms
– Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance
– Annual subscriptions receive a discount
– Custom development is billed upon completion
– Late payments may result in service suspension
– All prices exclude VAT (BTW)
5. Data protection & privacy
– We comply with GDPR/AVG regulations
– Your data is hosted on ISO27001-compliant servers
– We implement appropriate security measures including 2FA
– Data backups are performed regularly via JetBackup
– We do not share your data with third parties without consent
6. Intellectual property
– SalSoft retains ownership of our CRM platform and proprietary technology
– You retain ownership of your business data
– Custom developments may be subject to separate IP agreements
– Our trademarks and patents are protected
7. Service level agreement
– We strive for maximum uptime and reliability
– Support is provided via email and in-system chatbot
– Response times vary by service package
– Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance
8. Limitation of Liability
– Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
– We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
– Force majeure events excuse performance delays
9. Termination
– Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
– Data export assistance will be provided upon termination
– Outstanding payments remain due after termination
10. Modifications
– We may update these Terms with reasonable notice
– Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
– Material changes will be communicated directly
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be resolved in Dutch courts.
